You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. Sparrow Cottage was a great, clean place to stay while visiting Georgia. The description was exactly what we saw on arrival. Our kids loves the place and all was great. We definitely recommend Sparrow Cottage for anyone staying in Gainesville.

My mom and I had a fabulous time during our retreat. The house is stunning and spacious, very cozy, peaceful and met all our needs. Aline was extremely supportive, friendly and even went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again.
