We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Historic Beaufort Carriage House (Wren's Nest)

Wren's Nest, a separate apartment on the upper level of Craven carriage house, is walking distance to downtown restaurants. The patio is a common space for all guests. Enjoy the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, all the comforts of home. The carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. This unit is for adults over 18 only. NOTE: Guests must be 25 yrs old+ to rent. An extra cleaning is required for guests staying a month. A $50 charge will apply.

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Beautiful villa in the heart of the Promenade in the Historic District of Bluffton. Steps away are a wine bar, coffee shop, French bakery, 5 star and casual dining, & fabulous boutique shopping. Newly built in 2017, we offer our guests a fully equipped kitchen with an electric convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in refrigerator. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower with a rain shower head, and the bedroom has a King size bed. You are a 15 minute ride to Hilton Head.

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.

This 2nd floor apartment comes with a full size bed, antique leather chair, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, refigerator / freezer, and microwave.
