Monthly Rentals in Beau Repos

The AirBnB is situated above La Roque-Gageac with a breathtaking view of the valley across to Domme. The interior of the house is lovely and very well stocked / furnished. Whilst you do need a car or bike to access the surrounding area, this is the case generally for the region, and the house is actually perfectly located right in the heart of a cluster of interesting places to visit, all within 10-20 min drive. Eve lives in the main house next door and is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, and we felt as though the AirBnB space was private and our own. The pool was particularly welcome after a hot day. We would recommend lunches at Jardin de Marqueyssac and Les Courtines; and dinner at Lou Toupi (all very nearby). In terms of day trips, Domme, Beynac and Castelnaud are within easy reach. We will definitely be staying again.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. You really can't beat the location, just steps away from restaurants and shops, on the main road to the chateau. Everything inside was perfect and comfortable, felt like home away from home almost immediately. I was really hoping to spend my days lounging on the gorgeous patio but it's literally the most photographed patio in all of France (constant stream of people going to and from the castle). The local host was fabulous, very attentive and patient with my non-existent French. We were there 11 days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!
