Vacation rentals with a patio in Bear Creek

Perfect location in Seward! Liz was very accommodating as we booked this at 6 pm and showed up at 7. The space was very clean and had all the amenities we would need.

We really enjoyed our time at Diane’s loft in Seward. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful summer days. We especially loved to see and hear the bald eagles from the deck. Movie projector set up is elite and we loved watching a movie each night! The place was exactly as pictured and loft was fun for our 10 year old!

Bed was super comfortable. Lots of natural light from windows. Good water pressure.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our short trip to Seward. Across the street from the beach and has beautiful views from your bed. Kelly Ann and Matt have such an awesome spot and we’d love to stay again!

Cozy, warm, and quiet. Perfect getaway with amazing mountain views. Highly recommend this spot and will be dreaming about returning!

It was a cute little place to stay and just big enough for the two of us. The only thing negative was there was one tiny frying pan and one out for cooking. Makes cooking very difficult. The plates were very small as well. Same with the towels, they could use an upgrade in size. Most adults are not toddler size. Other than those things the place was very cute and clean!! Very peaceful and no issues with noise from the room next door. I’ve seen comments previously with that issue. Would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Cooper Landing. Impressive accommodations in new construction. Amazing views from the home’s large outdoor patio and wonderful location in the mountains! Wish we had a longer visit for sure. Vince was very kind, responsive and helpful in recommending local dining and recreation. Hopefully we will return for another visit at some point in time and would highly recommend this rental for other future travelers.

Charming and quiet! Perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was stocked very well, great fire pit, board games were a hit with our kids, and the hot tub was nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was great, very kind, responsive, and flexible with our check out time. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home walking distance from downtown and the marina. Hot water didn’t work the first night but they go a plumber, fixed it, and the rest of the stay was a breeze. Very responsive and accommodating

We had a wonderful time! We loved the covered fire pit, which was ideal when it rained on our first day. The surrounding landscape and backyard view is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed listening to the creek and hiking around the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. The host Rebekah was very quick to respond to any questions leading up to our stay and during, but respected our privacy. Overall, an amazing place to stay! We would love to come back again next year if still in Alaska. Thank you!!

Amazing place and easily fit two families!! Gorgeous interior with the rustic Alaskan feel and the location is perfect, a little off of the main coopers landing road but walking distance to the main gas station and Kenai River. Absolutely great place and super reasonable price: )

Beautiful spot just outside of the city

This cabin was absolutely incredible. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!! The drive from anchorage to this cabin was breathtaking as well every time you turn your head there is something new to look at. The cabin itself was very cozy and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

Very well kept house, 3br, 2bath. This is in Moose Pass, normally about 25min from Seward but took us a bit longer bc of construction. From there you can catch the cruises or head to Kenai park for unbelievable hikes and a visit to the Glaciers. Also around 25 min in the other direction is Cooper Pass inlet to the Kenai River where we did packrafting but you can also go fishing. Highly recommend calling Kenai Backcountry Adventures for awesome guided tours. We had a great time. Hot tub was a very nice amenity after a very long hike. TV with Netflix is a nice amenity too and a kitchen with all utensils, coffee, toaster oven, etc. was great as well. Note that there is no washer / dryer. We already knew this so we stopped by a laundromat in Seward, about 20-30min south.
