Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

The apartment is ideally located, there are many bars and restaurants, shops around, one minute from the main bus station. You don't have to rent a car to get to the necessary places such as shops, beach etc. The apartment is located in a complex with a swimming pool, an elevator and a garden, which is always looked after and cleaned.

Nice looking apartment, 2° floor, very bright and always extremely clean, central located, 600 meters to Los Cristianos Beach (Playa de Los Cristianos). The building has an elevator. Here are shops, cafes, bakerys, restaurants, pharmacy and medical services. Apartment include living room with bedroom, bathroom and little balcony, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine. Include as well wifi free connection and big modern smart tv.
