We had a wonderful stay at Helena's! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen and a welcome cake! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our first 3 nights at this Airbnb. The kids especially loved lounging in the recliner chairs while watching YouTube on the projection TV. One funny moment—things kept slipping into the gaps between the recliners, so we had to dig out sunglasses, lip balm, and even the TV remote! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and exactly as described. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Lilian is such a lovely and great host. The room that I rented is spacious enough for one person and very clean, and she provided little things like tissue, towel, and trash bin. It’s like your typical bedroom in your house. The best from it all is the value for money that you get and the superb location. All in all, I will definitely come back to this house if I am solo travelling to Perth again.

The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. Hidden oasis close to all the things the city has to offer. Mark also provides a few luxuries that were totally unexpected but a great surprise. The space was massive for a single person travelling for business and the area was quiet but close to everything. Will stay again when I need to be in Perth.

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

We stayed with Katie for the last leg of our Perth trip. Had some trouble finding the access cause it was through a small road at the back but after we found it, it was all good and easy. Access to the accommodation is through the garage which you can choose to park your car inside too. The living area is sufficient for a couple, and we love how everything is just there. Katie has also provided lots of snacks and amenities to make us feel at home. She is always responsive through the chat, always appreciate it. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy place!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

Handy to downtown, supermarket a short distance away. We'll equipped, comfortable beds, modern unit. Check in was easy with lovely treats on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
