Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bayshore Gardens

Phyllis' "comfy and quaint" home in Sarasota truly lived up to its name. The outside of the home was beautifully landscaped and had a conveniently attached carport. The decor inside was fun and inviting. There were lots of areas to sit throughout the home- including a screened in porch/dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked and also had a juicer that was fun to use. The home was within walking distance of multiple local shops and restaurants, including the delicious "Mirna's Cuban Cuisine." The best part is that it was only a 15 minute drive to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key Beach which is where the majority of our time was spent. Phyllis provided a few beach items which were so convenient- in addition to towels, there was a Bogg beach bag, a cooler, a sand mat, and now we have added to the collection with some boogie boards for the next guests. Phyllis was great about communicating with us and very kind. We would highly recommend staying here!

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Loved this Airbnb! So cute, clean and cozy. There was plenty of space. The bed and bedding were so comfortable I had to check the tag so I can get my own! Back patio space was perfect and there were plants and bushes to ensure privacy. I have never seen an Airbnb so well equipped in the bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. The host is wonderful - friendly, helpful and responsive! I am already looking for an excuse to come back!

Julie was amazing and very responsive. Our stay was perfect from start to finish, a lot of space for my family and I to spend time together. The backyard area was massive with plenty of seating/lounge areas. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely recommend and will stay again in the future. We had a fantastic stay at Kara’s place. So much room to hang out for the 4 of us. The outdoor patio and pool area were a great place to hang out at the end of the day. We had access to the grill which worked out great. There was a washer AND dryer for laundry. Living room and kitchen was a great hang out place. We had such a great time !

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

It was clean, cozy, and full of personality — from the pastel hues to the playful touches, you can tell so much love went into creating this magical space. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and full of charm!

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

John’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Along with the walkability, great restaurants and all the other things listed, I don’t think people understand how important a comfortable bed is at an Airbnb. I mean a bed is really you need, if you’re going to be at the beach the whole time! The KING sized bed was memory foam and super comfy. Also great to kick back after an “exhausting” day in the sun and watch the ginormous TV in the comfortable huge bed. Just wow! Wished we would have stayed longer. Great recommendations, communication, ease of parking. Ugh, the beach cart really came in handy and the two beach chairs. Love love love this turquoise gem!!

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

A Peaceful and Memorable Stay My wife and I recently stayed at The Blessing while transitioning the sale of our home, and it truly lived up to its name. We were looking for a place that was not only comfortable and clean but also peaceful—and this cozy retreat delivered on all fronts. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home. We were also traveling with our two medium-sized labradoodles, and Angela was incredibly accommodating and kind. Her hospitality and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. You can tell that The Blessing was created with care and a heart for ministry. There’s something special about the atmosphere—it’s a place where you can genuinely rest and be renewed. Whether you're passing through, visiting family, or just need a quiet space to regroup, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and yes—blessed.

Beautiful home, wife and I really like it a lot!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

My family and I had a great time . The pool was great and the house was clean and had everything we needed and listed on the description. The AC thermostat was locked but I texted host and he responded almost immediately and adjusted temp to my liking. We felt like at home . We had no issues and I would recommend this place to other people. It is a great place to stay for families specially with kids like ours.

Kat’s place was AMAZING, this was our 3rd year staying at Crescent Arms however our first year with Kat at Villa 7 and in our opinion it has been the nicest by far!! Kat was very helpful from start to finish. The place was spectacular we literally didn’t need or want for anything!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Paula & Roberto's home in Sarasota was the ideal getaway! The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It came fully stocked with all the essentials that made the trip easy and enjoyable! The pool and enclosed porch was like a small paradise in our backyard. The home was close to the downtown area that was filled with great restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you could also enjoy some quiet time. An added bonus was having Paula & Roberto as our amazing hosts! They were attentive, easy to communicate with, and flexible with our check-in. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow. They checked in with us throughout our entire stay to make sure we were ok and if there was anything we needed. When an issued arrived in the middle of the night, they responded right away and had the issue resolved as soon as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Sarasota to book with Paula & Roberto!

We went to the Airbnb for two birthdays and Father’s Day for our family of 10. Very spacious, beautiful living and outdoor area. Appreciated having all the little extras like paper goods, spices toiletries, etc. the pool area had all of the toys for the kids and they were so many beaches within minutes. Host was very responsive and timely. Only negative was 4th bedroom (bath) was not air conditioned. Kids just showered in the master, which was the size of three bathrooms.! Would definitely recommend this home and will be back again. PS kids loved the Zip Line!
