Diese besondere und ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich einem der ältesten Stadteile Innsbrucks, nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt und 5 Minuten von der Natur entfernet. Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Enjoy your vacation in our spacious loft (approx. 90 square meters) with open living area, well-equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and large balcony with beautiful views. Start cycling and mountain tours right outside the door. Your vehicle parks safely in the carport, the bikes in the bike shed. An outdoor pool, Lake Schliersee, Lake Spitzingsee and Lake Tegernsee are nearby, and the small Lake Wolfsee is at your doorstep. Possibly 3 people possible - please ask me.

You'll love this oasis under the roof. This is a large studio that is open-plan. Everything is color-coordinated , the small kitchen made of old wood, the old oil walls, the bathroom with a wooden fitted table and the comfortable queen size bed and a sofa bed for two people invite you to simply unwind. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining area by two sliding doors. The absolute tranquility and the magnificent view take you away from everyday life.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.
