In the summer and winter months, the hiking and ski resorts Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld are easily accessible in about 15 minutes.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with over 55 sqm and two beds (1.80 m & 1.40 m). In the open plan living and dining area is a couch, a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom invites you to relax with a shower and bathtub. Another highlight is the private east balcony with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
