The villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom / Lanai sitting area, and gaming for the kids. We are an hour north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our house is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. Enjoy grabbing fresh eggs, giving animals treats, puppies belly rubs, grilling, making s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying the farm life! Hudson is the best kept secret in Florida. This 2/2 is located just 200 yards from the Gulf of Mexico in the beautiful Sea Pines development. This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

Our 300 square foot guest suite is good for couples and solo adventurers. It offers many amenities for a small space. Step outside to enjoy the patio, pool and gazebo! Great location for those wanting to experience Florida's nature coast, but still be close enough to everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer at a reasonable price. For the safety of our guests, in addition to extensive cleaning and disinfection I am also using a UV/ozone sanitizing light before guests arrive.

Our cozy vacation rental has a private entry fully gated with one queen bed, and if needed & requested i have a small toddler bed and a personal bed. Small separate kitchen with (small gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, Rice maker, frying pan, small dining table ). Private Bathroom and Parking for one car. Maximum of 2 Pets are allowed but there is $100 fee for pets, to stay in for a later checkout is a $20 fee.
