Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bay City

Maen was a great host. He responds incredibly quickly. The home is beautiful, we made good use of the spacious kitchen. The property is also wonderful. Lots of wildlife, nice trails and the shooting range were all enjoyed. Excellent host and and an excellent escape to the outdoors.

Very nice little cottage. Check in and out was easy. Great location and amenities. There is no AC in any rooms though so depending on the day it can get a little warm. Plenty of fans to use are available in the bedrooms.

Great location, nice view of the river/lake, clean interior, charming, many resources for kitchen, seating, towels, outdoor fire pit (as needed), perfect room layouts for multiple families as guests.

Our daughter was getting married at the Davison Country Club and we needed a place large enough to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. The house was absolutely gorgeous, the wood floors, upstairs, and wood throughout the house was stunning. The kids loved finding the tree house, the pool table was also a HUGE hit. We were there 4 nights and has plenty of firewood to have a fire every night, of course we had to have s’mores. The kitchen was bright and beautiful, it was fully stocked, even has bags of ice to use. The beds were comfy. My husband took a nap on the outdoor bed swing.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it exceeded our expectations! My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like home. We especially enjoyed sitting outside by the beach, which was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The house even had extra beach items that made our stay even more enjoyable. We only needed to bring a few extra items since everything we needed was provided.

Nancy and mark were very friendly and responsive. The house has everything you would need for a visit. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Debs home was beautiful. We loved the open floor plan. The backyard area is set up so nice and is perfect for families with children. The beds are very comfortable. Deb provides many little touches to her home that make you feel very welcomed..Love that WiFi is provided because our cell service was weak inside the home. Thank you Deb

From the moment we booked to when we checked in, everything was wonderful. Shelly had fresh pastries waiting in the kitchen awaiting our arrival. The lawn and yard was nicely manicured. And she was responsive to any questions we had. We were lucky enough to meet her and her husband during our stay. They were so friendly and made us feel welcome. This is one of the hidden treasures in Frankenmuth. We will definitely stay again on our next visit. Cindy and Kathy

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!

Cindy’s place was PERFECT for our stay! It was clean and stocked up with everything we needed. Cindy was quick with responding and location was close to town.

This place had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean. Check in and out was easy. Definitely a great host!

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. Thanks Kevin, we had a great time at your property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kids loooooved the chickens and ducks! I very much appreciated how responsive the host was. I inquired about flour pretty early in the morning to make breakfast.…we were getting ready for a softball tournament and didn’t have time to run to the store! It was a life savor! Temps were also super hot this weekend too (90-95), the apartment stayed nice and cool. Thanks for the great stay, we may see you again next year if there’s a tournament in Clio 🙂
