Accommodation certainly small but very well arranged. Beach at 300 meters. So yes, we went there at the end of June for 2 days at over 30 degrees and no one in the building…..I imagine a little more activity in July and August but really it was great The apartment is well-equipped and Corinne was great Thanks again

Very well organized and equipped ground floor of house, located in a residential area 3 minutes' walk from a supermarket and 5 minutes from the center of Piriac. The owner is responsive and Eric, the concierge, is efficient and accommodating.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
