Vacation rentals with a patio in Batz-sur-Mer

Very good stays spent in the accommodation, it is convenient ( equipment present ) and in a quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's apartment. The veranda overlooking the garden is a very pleasant space, the layout and decoration of the whole accommodation are really well thought out. In short, a zen and relaxing haven of peace. The beaches and the coastal path are five minutes away from the house, so is the supermarket. A perfect place to rest and clear your head. Thank you Jessica!

The small studio is functional, cozy, well-equipped and comfortable. The small terrace is a real plus :-) The beach is barely 10 minutes away, the shops and restaurants too. It's perfect for a little break in this beautiful place. Hosts are very welcoming and available Anyway, I recommend it:-)

Quality and renovated housing Ideally located near the train station and very close to the sea, which makes the apartment even more attractive. Hosts were extremely responsive to our messages and we appreciated the small gift.

Great stay in La Baule! The accommodation is very nice, close to the beach and small shops. Fully-equipped kitchen to cook at home. All linens are available. Perfect for just putting things down and enjoying the place. I recommend it.

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Our stay was very pleasant in the quiet accommodation, close to the sea, offered by Andrée. The 2 bikes available allowed us to quietly discover the island after breakfast was dropped off. on the door threshold. Very beautiful address.

Perfect stay, very clean house and outdoor terrace a real plus! And the house is in a very good location for visiting Île de Noirmoutier and spending a day on Île d'Yeu.

Véronique is very accommodating and we were able to leave 30 minutes after the agreed time. The cottage is close to the Chateau du Deffay (wedding venue) and in line with the photos and description. Only thing to know: the shower and toilet are each in a recess of the bedroom by the bed. So avoid for a young relationship 😊

A magnificent stay in a beautiful quiet house with a beautiful pool whose Breton sun allowed us to enjoy it every day. Not to mention of course, the 4 adorable cats and two chickens that embellished our stay.

Stéphane is a very responsive host, the house is as described. Everything is perfectly clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated! We had a great weekend with the family! Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.

Thank you for your availability...thank you for adding a bedside lamp for us who read in bed in the evening...(for us too much lighting on the ceiling to create a little privacy in the evening ...and to watch the tv... maybe missing a little lighting at the corner towards the sofa...)otherwise very nice accommodation comfortable bed perfect bathroom...thank you ...we found the terrace really successful...a real plus... all very ,very clean and small touches very appreciated...thank you so...Marie
