Very peaceful and near to convenient store (5mins drive) Parking also very spacious. All rooms got an air-conditioner.

SinDee is a responsive and helpful host! The place is clean, nice & spacious, used it for my Chinese wedding ceremony. Host was being understanding with the decorations I needed to put. Host was also very reachable whenever I needed to check on any issues. The overall experience was great!

The place is such a gem in Batu Pahat! It is tastefully decorated with lotsa amenities like washing machine, hair dryer and refrigerator. It is also spotless and clean. The house is located in a very tranquil street so I have a very good night sleep. Si Ee also collated all local recommendations into a handbook which is very informative to first-time visitors.

Lovely place that is very near to Batu Pahat town, about 15mins drive away. Very near to the main road but still very quiet, private and peaceful. The host provided us the check in details 1 week before and was very responsive. Will come here again if we are going to stay in this area!

Huge place and close to the city center. Need to climb quite a height of stairs due to high ceiling height. No bedroom on the ground floor. However, plenty of space upstairs with en-suite bathroom. Great communication with the host. Prepare to pay for deposit which will be refunded immediately.

It’s a plesant experience to stay in Kelvin house. The house is better than the pictures. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were amazed by the surrounding as there are some veggies plantations. We loved the place! Very cozy that allowed us to relaxed and enjoy our evening together

Farhana is very nice and helpful, and the place is very nice. Only drawback was how the mattresses were a little thin- which unfortunately made the bed a bit hard to sleep on, and the glasses and cups in the kitchen were dusty, but we managed just fine. Overall the stay was great! Easy to get around, and very peaceful all around. Would recommend, and would come back again.

• Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. A little difficulty in scanning for TV Channels, unsure if there is any. Strong ceiling fans and cold air-cons in all rooms. • Toilets are equipped with bidets and water heater. Clean toilets. • It would be better if there is a Microwave for halal food, mood light in every room. As only the master bedroom has mood light. The bedroom at level one has no table and chair. Only one of the room in level 2 has mirror to get ready. Maybe can have mirrors in other rooms too. • Ample private parking space, for 2 cars. • Overall, was a pleasant stay. Host were kind, helped to switched on the aircon in the living room prior the arrival to ensure that we could settled down with some coolness. They were quick in their replies and were responsive. Check in and out procedure were seamless. • Would come back when in Batu Pahat. Highly recommended. Thank you UG homestay 👍

We had a pleasant stay at this home, which is located at a quiet residential area, for 3 nights. Host was very responsive and acted promptly upon request. We were also able to checkin early and the moment you stepped in, you could see that it is well kept, clean and clutter free. Highly recommended, especially for bigger group.
