The neighborhood is beautiful and all services are under the house: food, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Lovely third floor studio in the heart of Milan, right next to Arco della Pace. Adjacent to the newly renovated apartment is a terrace facing Piazza dei Volontari square. Spend your day enjoying a walk in the beautiful Parco Sempione and visiting the city's landmarks (all below a 20min walk). At night this area transforms in one of the trendiest in Milan, with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Be aware that since the apartment is in a liberty building from 1924 there is no elevator.
