Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.

The condo was exactly what we needed! Thankfully we were able to make a last minute reservation and we were able to checkin within an hour. It was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a delight and the kitchen had all of the necessities we needed to make our own meals. The ability to walk down to Rotary park was my favorite tho.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!
