This house of about 30 square meters, is located in the old heart of Paris, 3 minutes walk from Place de la Bastille and a short walk from the Marais. An area characterized by an immense variety of clubs, bars and restaurants for all types of cuisines and nationalities. The apartment is located in rue de Charonne, near the metro Ledru Rollin and Bastille, allowing you to be quickly connected to the whole city. There is also a Velib car park near the front door to rent your bike.

Ideally located in the upper Marais, rue de Turenne, close to rue de Bretagne. Very lively neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and galleries! The apartment is new, modern and has a lot of charm. It was decorated by my mom who is a decorator:) It is bright with rooftop views and quiet because it overlooks the courtyard. 2 rooms: one bedroom and a living kitchen with sofa bed (sheets not provided for the sofa) For summer no air conditioning, there is a fan.
