The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate. It has its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The large private bathroom is a little gem, with its individually cut marble tiles making a chequer board effect, fresh & light, with a marvellous window done in brick work which plays a wonderful effect when the light pours in on hot summer days! A 15x5 m saltwater pool surrounded by fragrant rosemary to share with the family with unspoilt views.

Immersa nella tipica campagna umbra sopra una collina che sovrasta il borgo medievale di Papiano, è ideale per chi vuole rimanere in relax fra olivi e vigne ma anche per chi viaggia: ci troviamo esattamente nel centro d'Italia e si arriva a Roma e Firenze in un'ora e mezza, a Siena in un'ora, in mezz'ora si raggiungono le mete umbre come Assisi, Spoleto, 10 minuti Perugia.
