Il propretario Giovanni e' un "Signore" con la "S" Maiuscola in tutti i sensi e la struttura ricettiva idem cioe' Maiuscola c'e' mancato solo ci prendesse in braccio per metterci a letto! Da un' accoglienza a Sorpresa Strepitosa anch'essa con S maiuscola ad una precisione in tutto Sorprendente sempre con S Maiuscola a questo punto devo continuare?.... un'esperienza unica da 5 S..telle Michelin...💫💫💫💫💫 anzi 6 una la aggiungo io💫 Grazie Giovanni per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile!

Maria is one of the best hosts I’ve had through Airbnb! She’s very responsive and helpful. We arrived late at night to a very clean space and a few sweet treats! She was super helpful with getting my friend’s purse back to her that she left behind at the place.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Franco 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio é nuovissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. E' situato in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla, vicino a trattorie e negozi, a due passi dalla basilica e dal bus che porta ad Assisi, sulla "mattonata" che é il percorso del pellegrinaggio verso Assisi. E' inoltre un'ottima base di partenza per visitare il cuore dell'Umbria: Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Todi, Foligno sono a brevissima distanza. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Casa stupenda meglio di quanto descritta, spaziosa, luminosa, pulita, con parcheggio interno cortile, comoda al centro commerciale, alla città e all'autostrada , Gabriella gentile e ingresso flessibile per noi utilissimo, tra le migliori viste fino ad ora ... grazie

Cristina è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli logistici. È stato un vero piacere trascorrere la vacanza nella sua villetta. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha seguito in tutti gli spostamenti che abbiamo fatto. La sua dimora è molto bella , immersa in un oasi di serenità e pace. La consiglio vivamente.

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Ombretta s place was very beautiful. Super cute house with two bedrooms which was very comfortable for our family of 4 . She was available for check in and gave us recommendations, showed us the house and made us feel at home . All required amenities were there . Easily accessible to restaurants by car . Quiet neighbourhood. We were to visit Assisi so this was very convenient for us , about half n hr away . Totally recommend this place .

Francesca was an excellent host and her home is absolutely stunning. It could’ve easily accommodated a few more people than we booked but our number (5/6) was just right to bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well cared for in the kitchen had everything anyone could ask for. The residence is located on a quiet street that is a little difficult to access for folks who are less mobile, but perfect for those who want to find peace in Assisi. Francesco was super responsive throughout our visit and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte , complesso molto ordinato e pulito immerso nella natura una vera oasi di relax . Unica cosa che consiglierei per rendere ancora più impeccabile il soggiorno una bottiglia di acqua nel caso gli ospiti arrivassero come noi in tardo pomeriggio fa sempre comodo.

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!

Essendo in campagna è normale la presenza di insetti, però alcune formiche dalle travi raggiungevano le coperte del letto. Per il resto, l'appartamento è molto bello. Area cucina e credenza ben riforniti con tutto tutto il necessario per cucinare. Da questa zona risulta molto comodo raggiungere diverse località nei dintorni per poterle visitare, si consiglia di fare la spesa in centri abitati più grossi prima dell'arrivo, soprattutto se la permanenza è durante periodi festivi. I dintorni dell'alloggio sono molto tranquilli, i rumori provengono quasi esclusivamente dagli uccellini sugli alberi attorno la villa.
