Quiet, close to Bordeaux - garden and cats

Located in the Northeast of Bordeaux, at: - 1 km from Bassens train station (towards Bordeaux) - 1.8 km from the "La Gardette" terminus of tram A (towards Bordeaux) - 2 km from the A10 - 4 km from the Pont d'Aquitaine (towards the ocean and the Médoc) 2-room apartment, just renovated, upstairs in our house, but totally independent. You also have your garden area to relax (and receive a visit from our 4 curious cats). You will appreciate the quiet of the accommodation, the neighborhood and the proximity to shops.

You can reach Bordeaux in 10 minutes thanks to the bus line 7 or by bus boat from the charming village of Lormont Bas 2 minutes by car.

Located 20 min from Bordeaux city center and 15 min from Cité du Vin, Parc des Expositions (Vinexpo), Matmut Atlantique stadium. Access to the Aquitaine Bridge is very quick.
