V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills, nature and the sea. There is a sofa in the living room. There is also a separate bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

The country is surrounded with the ruins of the historicaly city and castels of Frankopan dinasty.
