Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Appartement très joliment meublé, confortable. Situé au coeur du quartier Montmartre, à proximité des commerces et des brasseries parisiennes. Situé au dernier étage d’un appartement bourgeois avec ascenseur, le bien comporte : 1 Salon /Home cinéma Dolby surround, 1 Bureau, 2 chambres avec leurs salles de bains et toilettes privatives, 1 cuisine américaine tout équipée, 1 grande terrasse aménagée, sans vis à vis de 60m2 avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la ville et le Sacré Coeur.

Ce studio de 13m2 situé dans le 10ème arrondissement propose toutes les prestations essentielles. Equipé d'une cuisine avec réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes et plaque de cuisson. Salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et WC. Il dispose d'un meuble lit qui se rabat contre le mur pour avoir une banquette. Proche de gare de l'EST et gare du NORD dans une rue calme avec une fenêtre donnant sur une cour. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Proche du canal St Martin, Montmartre, Palais Garnier et du Marais.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Charming 27 m2 studio + 10 m2 mezzanine, balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Refurbished and furnished with care. In the heart of Montmartre on a lovely square with cafes and restaurants on the terrace. The neighborhood, very lively and picturesque, is full of small shops. Close to Sacré-Cœur and its gardens, close to the Abbesses district and the Rue Lepic market. Metro lines 4, 12 and 2 for quick access to the main Parisian attractions.

Located in the very heart of the 9th District. Easily accessible through the courtyard of a stone 19th century Parisian building , on first floor with no elevator. The apartment is 50 m2./ 538 sq feet. Great shopping and restaurants just outside. Metro Anvers/Notre dame de Lorette / St George/ Cadet, all circle the apartment. Bus 85 just in front of the apartment is direct to the river and the Louvre.
