Im Wohnbereich, mit seiner gut ausgestatteten Küche, dem Esstisch sowie dem gemütlichen Sofa, sorgt die große Fensterfront für grandiosen Lichteinfall. An den Schlafbereich, mit dem bequemen Doppelbett, schließt das Bad an. Sonnenstunden sowie Grillabende können auf der Terrasse genossen werden.

Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Welcome, to our cozy cottage! The house is located in the small town of Herrnhut, which is full of history. The area is great for hiking, mountaineering and going to lakes. The house, has a camper belonging to it, which is also available to guest. There is a big garden and a small river tow steps away. The house, camper and garden is all yours. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

See the sunrise from the bed, watch deer and cranes from the terrace, cozy wood fire in the oven when it gets cool. Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the car, water tap, shower, toilet, refrigerator in about 50 m in the solid house. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Immerse yourself from everyday life: The firmly anchored Bellini floating house invites you to unwind on 44 m² of high-quality living space and two spacious sun terraces. The light-flooded living space and the shimmering water surface let the stress of everyday life fall away from you in no time. Lake Bärwalder See is one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Saxony and offers numerous excursion and leisure opportunities on land and on the water.

Ideal for cyclists, skaters, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). No smoking inside the house, but there is a large terrace. Bicycle for shared use at your own risk, parking on the fenced 900 m² property

Here you will find the perfect place to relax, hike, observe nature, cycle and simply enjoy the countryside. The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.
