Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom - toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine, clothes rack; living/sleeping combination in the open attic, terrace with grill, garden use by arrangement, parking space for one vehicle, parking for bicycles. 2x extra beds possible €15/night/person from 5 years. Tips for excursions can be requested if necessary. An information folder is available - otherwise I proceed freely according to the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory!"

Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Vacation home farm idyll with barrel sauna We offer our 25 sqm apartment in a very idyllic location. The apartment was opened in August 2023 and is furnished with very upscale amenities. It has room for max. 2 adults and 2 children. On our farm we have a dog, chickens, ducks and rabbits. In addition, there are plenty of play opportunities for children. Sauna use is possible for €20. Guests staying only one night pay a surcharge of €20.
