Mary and I love hosting people who appreciate a comfortable experience and beautiful space. Our Private Suite is located in an idyllic setting central to all the activities, great food and nature that the greater Portland area is known for, but without the "junk" that comes with being in the city. Short drives to Portland, Mt Hood hiking and skiing, the Columbia River, Multnomah Falls and great entertainment at McMenamin's "Edgefield (15 Min)" and "Grand Lodge" (35 min.). Infants 0-2 welcome.

Forest Park trail is steps away, Sauvie Island and the historic Cathedral Bridge are 5 minutes by car, and 10 minutes to Slab Town and Alphabet District. Sandy's first and only Tiny House! Although this home is located just a mile from Hwy 26 within Sandy's city limits, it's located on a private 23 acres, so you'll feel completely secluded. This makes it the perfect place to stay while visiting the Mt. Hood area. The tiny house was built to capture the amazing view of Mt. Hood. The home was designed around a moving window wall system that completely opens to the outdoors allowing for one of the best views of Mt. Hood. We hope you enjoy!!!

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional retreat space, featured in Dwell. Designed and created with so much love, and with the hope that guests could immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. You will love the large windows, the wood stove, and the calming aesthetic. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Located between Mt. Hood and the Columbia Gorge! Cozy private studio, with a separate entrance on 2 quiet acres. This small studio has a comfortable queen bed with luxury linens throughout. A tiny kitchenette supplied with coffee, organic half and half, an assortment of tea, bottled water, and a few snacks. Wifi and YouTubeTV provided. Grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, gym, and hiking trails just to name a few amenities all within 1 to 3 miles of our home.
