This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. Many nights are so clear you can see the stars, planets and moon. You can feel the intense sun and frequent winds here. Home is unfenced. Here are rustic, simple, basic accommodations. Nothing fancy. It's older, renovated, under 400 sq. ft. , a good place to get away from city life. There is no internet, Wi-Fi, ethernet or microwave.
