The property overlooks a small public space adjacent to the Palau Santa Teresa state road about 6 km from Palau and 18 from Santa Teresa di Gallura. In Palau there is also the bau bau beach.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
