The house is exactly as shown in the photos, large balcony, very cozy, the condominium is beautiful, the pool area is wonderful. The place is very quiet, quiet, great to rest. Flavianne was very attentive, flexible with the schedules, made us very comfortable as well. In front of the condominium there is a wonderful restaurant that you can walk quietly. Super recommend the accommodation!

Great location, a little further from Aracaju, and Barra dos Coqueiros, but with a very good market, the Hiper Carnes, with breakfast included and nearby restaurants. I just suggest putting a curtain in the room, because it is on the 1st floor and close to the pool area it loses a little privacy, due to the movement of the pool space just below, as well as the noise, especially on holidays, which was constant... If you don't mind that, everything is ok! about the apartment itself, very clean, very attentive host!

I went to the carnival of 2025 and even in the summer the place is very cool and quiet. In addition to what is in the advertisement there is in the condominium a bodybuilding room and a children's playground. The place is very safe, but has little trade nearby, if you are on foot like mine you need to plan for shopping. There is a beach nearby that takes 1:30 walking. But if you want to go in the more touristy parts of maceió, as the new watchwatch beach will spend a $30 uber. The uber in general arrives very quickly. I advise you to take the tototó tour that is very close and leaves you at the art market of aracaju, in addition to being super cheap, I think it was R$2.50!
