Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and convenience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The house is otima, close to the beach, a quiet, well-equipped and very safe place. Host Andressa, her husband and father very friendly and polite always willing to help, always in touch giving as much support as possible and responding to messages quickly. The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 minutes on foot. The patio is large, our dogs enjoyed it a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the terrace, the place is great to enjoy the sea and the sunrise.

Great apartment, large spaces, good maintenance, good location, very close to the beach and squares, it is a great option in Capão. The only point that left something to be desired was the internet connection, the signal is not very strong and does not reach the master bedroom.

Everything as described in the listing, very good atmosphere and close to everything. Brenda and Flávia are very attentive, but their mother Salete is above average, very dear and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

We really like the house. Clean, organized and well ventilated. Comfortable beds. Hostess always helpful and responded quickly. We found the house a little far from the center and markets but very close to the beach.
