Julia was lovely and so quick to reply! The kitchen and looking out on to the garden were my favourite. We were attending a gig at the Tottenham Stadium so needed somewhere we could chill to get ready. The kitchen made the best spot to relax before getting ready. The main bedrooms are a great size and the house didn’t have a lot of noise from the street or neighbours It was easy to get there and back from the gig. And Julia was so helpful and friendly!

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

We had the nicest stay here! Verity is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met - so responsive, friendly, and truly couldn’t do enough for us. She really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Verity’s home is also so lovely! Clean, tidy, and really cosy! It’s in a great location - not too far from Silver Street station, perfect if attending a concert or event at Tottenham Stadium. We already can’t wait to stay again. How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Paul & Nadine were absolutely marvelous. We had travelled over from the USA and turned up at another rental (not airbnb) which was so terrible we couldn’t stay. We needed something that day and when I requested to book Paul and Nadine jumped into action. They responded quickly and got the place ready for us despite being out of town. The place itself is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Great kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable and quiet bedroom. So much so that we slept 10 hours the first night we were there! The wifi is fast if you need to work. The location is a residential area but with access to everything you need within a few mins walk. The train station to get to central London is about a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. All in all I can’t say enough. We will definitely be back.

An absolutely stunning apartment. Completely modern and clean. Lovely views. Extremely easy to make yourself at home and has everything required for a longer stay. It is even better than the photos. The area is great. 5 minutes walk from CityLink which runs every 15 minutes into central London (18-25 mins). A co-op 2 minutes walk away. A huge Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk away. Brent Cross shopping centre is a 20 minute walk. Ellen as a host couldn’t have been lovelier or kinder and more understanding to my personal situation. We will stay here without hesitation on our next trip to London!

Excellent location for O2 events and site seeing in London. The location was not busy, quiet day and night, with a light city buzz of traffic and trains in the background. It felt very safe and secure. Flat was clean, tidy, and everything you'd expect it to be and more. Hosts were lovely and very accomadating. If you are driving in there is a bonus of free secure parking nearby, so do check with the host for availability before booking your own. Plenty of transport options also, DLR (Royal Victoria), Underground (Canning Town), IFS Cable Car over Thames, and Uber Clipper boats. If you do need to be other side of river e.g. O2, getting an Uber Clipper Boat, North Greenwich underground, would recommend the Cable Car there is 10 one-way journeys for £17 per person. If you're looking for a few nights in London, I would definitely recommend this.

Tranquil setting, excellent facilities with lovely finishing touches. Perfect for your four legged friend. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everything you need is on the doorstep.

Had a great stay in a wonderful flat in a delightful area! The nearby high street is charming, and there are two tube stations within walking distance, which is very handy. The flat was exceptionally clean, with a fantastic modern kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a very comfy bedroom, with all the amenities one could ask for. Both the hosts were responsive and helpful, and I would love to stay again!

Adam's flat was perfect for us because we didn't want to drive into London. The train was convenient and easy to use. Adam was a responsive host who worked around our schedule. The flat was cheerful and clean, we'll come again.

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Air BnB! Peaceful, quiet, heaven! Lovely enclosed garden/decking with patches of grass for the dogs, plenty of choice of outdoor furniture! Decking is a little worn and rotted in certain parts but otherwise it was a perfect little spot, we had perfect weather and spent most our time out there. 3 beautiful horses to watch graze from the garden with a cuppa, and a very cute donkey and Shetland behind the house to say hello to! It was honestly amazing - the perfect quiet retreat, the house is on the owners’ land but we were never disturbed but hosts were extremely responsive if we needed anything. Beautiful flowers and lovely fresh sourdough, chocolate and wine left for us which was such a lovely touch! Hosts were so welcoming and friendly, helped us with our bags which was very kind. Rooms were amazing with TVs, great wardrobe space, full working kitchen, stunning bathroom. We literally had everything we could possibly need, I would live there forever!
