Vacation rentals with breakfast in Barnet

We really enjoyed our stay in Kate and Tom's beautiful family home - everybody was so kind and helpful and our lovely room and the bathroom had everyting one could need :) It was also great to have the super breakfast in the morning, thank you very much for the great stay! Best wishes, Paula

Catherine and Robert waren zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De gehuurde ruimtes waren zeer netjes, schoon en uitnodigend. Daarnaast hebben Catherine en Robert ons vele tips gegeven om ons verblijf in Londen zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De instructies waren zeer helder, zo zijn we gemakkelijk binnengekomen en konden we alles wat we nodig hadden vinden (en anders eventueel navragen). Het stel voelt als een fijne oom en tante waar je je snel thuis voelt!

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

I had a great stay with Phyllida. She was communicative and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed — including some tasty breakfast for the morning which was much appreciated. Close to St Albans train station and a short walk into town. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home

Kay is a wonderful host. I had a very pleasant stay at her lovely and comfortable place during this intense week for me. Her place really is a place of well being !! This was the second time my partner and I have stayed with Simone and John. We immediately felt very at home and appreciated all the attention to detail to give us a warm welcome. We especially love the food that they prepare for breakfast...it is heavenly! It is a great area, close to fabulous restaurants in both Muswell Hill and Crouch End. We would highly recommend it!

We had the nicest stay here! Verity is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met - so responsive, friendly, and truly couldn’t do enough for us. She really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Verity’s home is also so lovely! Clean, tidy, and really cosy! It’s in a great location - not too far from Silver Street station, perfect if attending a concert or event at Tottenham Stadium. We already can’t wait to stay again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane's property. The directions for locating the house were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. Jane's residence is truly remarkable—the interior is beautifully decorated with an impressive collection of art and handcrafted objects. The wifi-connection in the room is reliable and strong enough for videoconferences back to home. Check-in and check-out process has been very efficient. The neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, with a convenient corner shop and café located within a two-minute walk. I would highly recommend arranging a home-cooked meal with Jane if the opportunity arises—it was an absolute delight and represents exceptional value. I would advise arriving with a strong appetite, as the excellent menu is quite generous and you would not want to miss any course. We had an amazing stay at Alex's apartment, both because of the host's personality and the apartment itself. Alex is an amazing person, met us personally and arranged a very flexible check-in and checkout, and was always available for any help. The apartment is absolutely unique and has a lot of charm, filled with curious antiques, while at the same time having a very clean bathroom and comfortable bed, chairs, table, couch - everything invites you to sit and enjoy the time. Very well lit and with an amazing view, every evening was a pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped, and cooking was no problem at all. The location is stunning, with a very lively neighborhood, lots of local shops, stores, and cafés. For sensitive sleepers, the early nights might be a bit loud because of the road close by, and due to a sudden heatwave, it was somewhat too warm, like anywhere on the top floor. Aside from these small things, it was a splendid stay.

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Super fijn verblijf in het appartement van Caroline. Ook de communicatie vooraf was erg plezierig en klantgericht. Appartement voldoet echt aan alles wat je nodig heb. Mooie rustige wijk. Goed bed! (Alleen de sofa in de woonkamer waar mijn zoon sliep is een beetje dun). Kleine maar fijne badkamer, complete keuken en zelfs een wasmachine. Super lief ook dat er ontbijt en snacks klaar stonden. De conciërge is erg vriendelijk. Er was een misverstand rondom onze aankomsttijd maar na een telefoontje kwam hij er meteen aan. Vanaf het Appartment echt heel makkelijk met de bus, metro of fiets naar alle plekken in London te reizen. 1 puntje van aandacht voor mensen met allergieën zoals huisstofmijt is het appartement iets minder geschikt omdat het heel Engels is ingericht - wat heel gezellig is - maar door de vele kleden - ook veel stof aantrekt. Overigens is het appartement verder echt heel erg schoon! We hebben echt heel erg genoten! Dank je wel!

Deborah a été adorable avec nous, et nous a parfaitement accueilli dans sa sublime maison. La literie était incroyable, après 15 jours de voyage en van, c'était un comfort bien apprécié. Ses chiens Banjo et Hudson sont adorables ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Deborah a su nous guider selon nos envies de visites dans la ville. On recommande à 100 % !

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Der Aufenthalt bei Monica war wirklich sehr schön. Es war sehr nett und es ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Super saubereres Zimmer und immer für eine gute Unterhaltung zu haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und auch Charlie ist super lieb.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Mary and Martin were the warmest and kindest of hosts. We felt like we were in the finest Bed and Breakfast nestled in the countryside. You will sleep peacefully. The location is convenient to Greenwich, Central London, and West London. The room is kept amply stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks. We had some of the best sleep. In the morning, Mary and Martin prepare a fresh and hearty breakfast with an excellent pot of tea. Mary and Martin are passionate about telling the story of their neighborhood and we learned a great deal over breakfast. They provide ample guidance if asked and give you more than enough space and privacy. Mary was kind enough to provide a lovely hand fan for our night at Royal Albert Hall on a humid afternoon. Thank you so much Mary and Martin, we hope to be back!

We were warmly welcomed and the accommodations were great: bright, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The location is close to the tube so easy to get about.
