My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Alta Toscana on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Castello Malaspina". I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters). Animal friends are welcome !

This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. In the heart of Lunigiana, inside the medieval village of Tendola, in the middle of nature, the artists' house awaits. 🙂 Close to the sea, to the Carrara marble quarries, to Equi Terme and to the 5 Terre, you will find tranquility and harmony. The house of about 50m2 consists of an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with 2 seats sofa, a bathroom with bathtub, a large hallway and a breathtaking view of the Lunigiana hills...

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments, an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not managed by us, surrounded by the greenery of Lunigiana with a large garden in front at your disposal. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue in the private fenced area in front of the door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.

Borgometato - Fico

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
