We were comfortable, everything was as it appeared in the ad. Santiago was very helpful at all times, a great host.

It was all spectacular; the location, the house, the garden... It was a weekend of friends and we all liked it. Also, I have brought 3 b*****s who enjoyed it with the very good care and fenced ground. Surely we repeat experience.

we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was wonderful as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is, we rested and Magda was very friendly.

A very nice accommodation, incredible views and the owner is very kind, he even made us a cake and left us some eggs.

We loved Teresa's house. The location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the old town & right by a bar / restaurant. (Despite this it was peaceful & quiet). The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the cookies. Useful local recommendations were appreciated. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed with lovely views. Fresh roses were another lovely touch. We absolutely loved Potes and staying in this beautiful casa made our stay very memorable.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the host has had, everything. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely return if the opportunity arises. The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

We were very comfortable at Mili's house. The house is very comfortable, the area is nice for walking and being with girls and boys. Mili's kindness and thoughtfulness made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back.

AMAZING stay at María's absolutely stunning home. No one wanted to leave and the Spaniards in our group were already plotting their return. (We would all return in a heartbeat but most of us live in Chicago.) As others have noted, it is even more beautiful than the photos and so incredibly peaceful. Additionally, María is an outstanding host, going above and beyond for us. She was flexible on our arrival time when it took us longer to get there than expected. She gave great recommendations and even delivered a second crib at 11PM. Thank you, María!

Carmen and Sergio were wonderful hosts and have a well kept home that is perfect for a relaxing week by the beach, nearby hiking, as well as close to Santander to visit the city. We loved staying at their home and would recommend it others. They were responsive and helpful to solve some issues we had with the electricity - which we were very appreciative of.

Everything is fine during the stay

Consuelo is fantastic, pending, friendly, communicative and notice that the accommodation is part of its history. The place is in perfect condition, it's what you see, even more. Quiet, safe area. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

Beautiful house, Fernando and Lurdes were very accommodating. They gave us flexibility both in and out, which is very appreciated. The area is spectacular, good place to enjoy nature.

A magical corner. A beautiful garden for us and our dogs. Really, if you like to be in contact with nature. 100% River right at the door!!🥰 If they sell it... I'll buy it ☺️
