The building is very new and the apartment is very clean. The must-see is the terrace(s) from which you have an amazing view of the beach and sea. The on-site relationship is initially ensured by a very good concierge but the owner did not fail to get personally involved when we were faced with a water failure generated by an external plumber who had really done anything. Thank you to Mr. Durand for his involvement which allowed us to continue our stay in the best weather, which was also mild

First, there was a photo of the apartment entrance with the number, that's extremely useful and makes it much easier to find the rental. Then it was very easy to contact Bastien who immediately responded to texts and phone calls. He guided us to arrive at the apartment by phone conversation upon arrival. That also made finding the apartment much easier and much more relaxing. Then, the apartment was very well-equipped... and with a phone call Bastien arranged to get us what was missing. The key system was also very well done, with a key in a small box outside the apartment and also a set of keys inside the apartment. It made leaving the apartment very efficient. I would recommend this apartment and Bastien.

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven of peace. As soon as we arrived, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to the smallest details. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure bliss. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little piece of heaven. Very good welcome from the owners and very good accommodation on the island especially in terms of value for money. However, the acoustics are really problematic and it resonates throughout the property very easily. I think we should really split the housing into 2 by blocking the door connecting them. But other than that, everything was perfect😊.

Excellent stay at Lucie's. Everything can be done on foot and the beach 1 min away is a real asset. Recommended!

Melanie's container home was my personal highlight of this year's Bretagne trip. Melanie's warm welcome, the beautifully designed container itself -- we quickly were in true vacation mode. We had beautiful weather, so we could benefit from the container's great feature -- the big roll-up door that creates a big, cozy outdoor living space under the pine trees. We watched the birds, made friends with the squirrels, had drinks and barbecues, read books... we enjoyed the place so much that we almost forgot to visit the beautiful beaches or the Salinas nearby :-) I am glad we did visit them though, because all these places are worth a visit! We can only recommend this place and we will definitely book it again!

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt very comfortable in Jean-Pierre's house because the furnishings and interior design meet our expectations. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt comfortable. The location was perfect for us: very quiet location, close to the village of Noirmoutier, so we could walk or cycle to the shops and the restaurant. Our favorite beach was 15 minutes away by bike.

We spent a week with family in the house. The accommodation is very pleasant, at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. The house is very well-equipped and spacious, as advertised. The beach is a 2 minute walk and all the shops are easily reachable in a few minutes by car. Only downside during our stay (but independent of the owners): no internet connection. We would highly recommend it!

Family stay with five. We immediately felt at home when we arrived at Arnaud's home. The vintage decor, the cozy terrace without vis-à-vis seduced us. If you also like calm, you will be served. You can't hear any cars. We recommend!

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

An excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Philippe and Claire are perfect hosts who gave us such a warm welcome we felt really at home. The area is so good in all aspects with beach walks and great restaurants, you couldn't want for more. In all this is a great place to be and we will return.

Charlotte is a welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is clean, bright and well-equipped with reserved parking space. Meals in the loggia with ocean views are nice. A property to remember.
