The cottage is located at one end of the farmhouse that we live in, it is completely independent with an area of 85 m2 in duplex, it has been recently renovated with family furniture or antiques found in flea markets. In the evening from your garden you can admire the sunset, rest from a day of walking, listen to the birds and nature. Walks in the forest are accessible on foot or by bike from the house. Studio with an independent entrance adjoining my main residence is located 2 km from Rodez Cathedral (heart of the city center). It is equipped with a shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Free street parking is available (proximity depending on remaining spaces). The house is located in a quiet area of Rodez near the peaceful green site of Layoule (5 km walking trail along the Aveyron). The bed is made when you check-in.
