Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Colombo dove si trovano le spiaggie. Ma chi ama la tranquillità scende sugli scogli sotto casa ed al mare direttamente dalla nostra discesa privata.

L'alloggio è situato alla Riviera di Chiaia nel caratteristico Vicoletto F. Palasciano, al numero 5, di fronte alla villa e spiaggia Mappatella Beach. Ha un ingresso con soggiorno e un balconcino con affaccio su strada, dispone di un divano letto a 2 posti ed angolo pranzo. Il disimpegno divide la zona letto dotato di letto matrimoniale. La zona cucina è arredata e dotata di elettrodomestici e lavatrice. La stanza da bagno è dotata di bidet e box doccia. Aria condizionata e cassaforte.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
