Monthly Rentals in Bang Prong

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

This is a cosy corner unit that is well ventilated and conveniently located close to the Chang Erawan BTS station. The balcony is facing one direction with a mosquito sliding door net installed to the glass door, while the window in the living room is facing another direction with a mosquito net installed also. I appreciate it very much that there is very good airflow in the unit when the window and glass door are opened, and that mosquito nets were installed. When the wind does blow, it is refreshing to the soul. I enjoyed the December breeze and my comfortable stay here very much. The hosts are nice and responsive, and have maintained the unit very well. Most of all, they really took the effort to clean up the place, and I appreciate those efforts of cleanliness very very much.

What stands out the most for me is how responsive the hosts were to my questions. The apartment was very clean and orderly. The neighborhood is clean and the people in the area extremely friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying here! The host and the housekeeper is considerate and caring as always. The place is quiet, well maintained even after the earthquake and very clean What’s included for how much I paid for is incredible! The location near BTS, the awesome laundry machine, and the amazing view! Will definitely stay here again.
