Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Banana River

We stayed here with 4 adults and one infant. It was such a good location, the house was really clean, probably the cleanest Air bnb I’ve stayed in. Plenty of beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, and cooler). The two biggest rooms had their own balconies, and was a really quick walk to the beach with a baby. Great place for families, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of Cocoa beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future. Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

10 Stars! This place is both beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing view of the ocean behind the privacy of the dunes. It has a yard for the kids to play in and accommodated our three generations. Great space for kids to play and adults to relax both indoors and out. My son-in-law loved the well stocked state-of-the-art kitchen. Grandma rented an electric wheelchair for the beach. hate to say it but the TV in every room really helped corral the kids when adults were tired. Daren's dinner recommendation was fantastic! The comfort of a pillows and mattresses was excellent. We had bunnies and lizards and a variety of birds visit us in the yard. We saw two space launches from the beach behind the house. The beach here is great. shallow enough for our little kids and not very crowded. Daren was a great host! really quick to respond to questions and really really nice.

Our stay was wonderfu! The house and the location were beautiful. We had the beach all to ourselves and we were there while the sea turtles were mating and laying eggs. Seeing all the turtles was an added bonus to the trip. It was a relaxing fun vacation and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

We felt like we beat the summer crowd, which made the stay even better. Everything we needed seemed to be within walking distance. The backyard felt private and secluded, making it a perfect spot to relax. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed Sherilyn’s house! Was great for my adult kids to have their own rooms. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the back patio was really a nice spot to hang out. Very well stocked. Would’ve enjoyed spending more time there, and I’m pretty sure I’ll try to book it next time I’m in the area!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

all around beautiful home. the inside was super clean and organized. The pool was a hit for our kids, they couldn't get enough of it. They had a ton of supplies and she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place and our family will be back.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

Amazing location, beautiful home, and very friendly host. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach, and right on the canal, complete with boat dock, paddle board, kayaks, manatees, and dolphins. Beautiful sunsets from dock, and teriffic thunderstorm watching from the palapa hut/bar. Wonderful place for a large family gathering.
