Condo vacation rentals in Banana River

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Perfect place to catch our breath after our first ever family cruise. Easy drive from the cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and more, the brita pitcher saved us from needing to stock up on bottled water (our family goes through a lot of water), and the coffee pot was perfect with duel k-cup and drip carafe. So many fun games that we didn't even get to but wished we had, kids had plenty of toys to play with. Laundry is not in the unit but there is coin laundry on both levels so we never had to wait on a washer/dryer. Beach is a block away, easy walk, and plenty of room to spread out unlike many beaches we've been to where it feels like everyone is a foot away from your space. Rowina provides all the beach essentials... camping chairs, beach toys, bodyboards, beach towels, and I believe I saw an umbrella in there but we brought our own shade. Only thing I wish I had brought was my surfboard. Wonderful Stay!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

Escape the Cape was the perfect space for my needs! Scott and Katie were outstanding hosts and very flexible with my changing schedule. Thank you again!

beautiful place! pictures don't do it justice. everything you need and the view is amazing! host is responsive and sent text messages of things going on ( shuttle launches) OH and did I mention you can watch the launches right from the balcony! a long with cruise ships departing. highly recommend, we will return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This condo complex was very private and had direct beach access. Hosts have all necessary accessories for the perfect beach day - chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers. The condo had everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The town itself was very entertaining and had lots to do. Would definitely visit again!

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

This place was so nice. The location was perfect with easy beach access and a very relaxing pool. Plenty of food options, shopping and mini golf. Our family had fun and also had good relaxing days. We loved it!

We had an amazing stay. I have limited mobility and the condo is very close to the beach and there’s a handicap space right in front of the unit that was open the whole week for me. Lots of fun things to do in the area is well. We went to the wizard of oz museum, kayaking in manatee cove, saw 2 SpaceX launches, and there was a boat race while we were there.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach – the location couldn’t be better! Everything was very clean, cozy, and made us feel right at home. Perfect for a relaxing stay – highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was great! The condo was beautiful. The pool was beautiful and there was easy access to the beach. Tina was an excellent host and we'll definitely be visiting again!

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo! It is literally feet away from the beautiful beach, and within walking distance of bustling downtown shops/restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The apartment itself was the perfect size, very clean, had great views, and was extremely quiet. The host provided excellent instructions and plenty of extra amenities that we appreciated during the stay. The only downside was the building's main lobby door was inaccessible with our key- bummer since the main entrance was right next to the condo door -but the host was responsive and contacted the HOA on our behalf. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.
