An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

4 of us stayed for 2 nights with our dog. The cottage was so cosy and peaceful. The gardens were beautiful with different areas to sit and take in the view. Inside the cottage was beautiful with a nice log burning stove which we sat round at night time. Peter was so friendly and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Brilliant time , total Home from home , everything that we needed was at the property, the photos don’t do it justice it’s such a wow factor , so much thought has went into every detail. The bar was such a hit with the adults and the kids , and really brought everyone together. It’s a cosy property whilst being spacious. We didn’t even explore the nearby towns as it was a short stay, the views from the property were breath taking. We will definitely be back. John and family were great hosts.

Had a lovely weekend stay, place was very peaceful and about a 20 min walk into Buncrana along a seaside path. Fantastic views of beach and sea. Karen, Gerry and their daughter Sylvia were very helpful and welcoming, with a wee hamper of foodstuff provided which was a lovely touch.

Anna's Fireside Library is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It's much more spacious than the photos show but is also extremely cosey. Having the fire ready for when we arrived, alongside the fresh scones, was a great touch. Inch Island itself is very peaceful, the local coffee place is delcious and Tank & Skinny's nearby is well worth a visit for food (the view from the back is incredible!).

Wow. Couldn’t believe the views when we arrived. Pure stunning location. Lovely welcome on arrival. Refreshments in fridge was a nice touch after journey. The most beautiful beach is literally on your doorstep. Staying on the bus was class, an experience in itself, very cosy and comfortable. The only problem I had was that I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be booking with pat again 🤗
