Vacation rentals with a patio in Ballston Spa

The space was exactly what we need to spend a weekend at Saratoga Race Track. It has everything you need and then some. Walking distance to downtown as well as a very nice sports bar restaurant that’s about 3 blocks away. Highly recommend John’s listing.

The Carriage House was the perfect place for us when we visited the area for a concert at SPAC. It is close to I-87 and an easy, short drive to SPAC. It is a separate structure across the parking area from the owners' home. The patio and entry door (on the left side of Carriage House as you look at the photo) are completely private, not visible from the main house or to neighbors. A staircase just inside the entry door leads to the unit upstairs. It is bright, spacious and pleasantly decorated in farmhouse style. The beds are comfortable, as are the couch and easy chair, which appear to be brand new. The kitchen is equipped with basic tools and serving ware. I wouldn't want to try to produce a full meal there since there's just a microwave and toaster oven (no stove), but it was fine for breakfast and snacks. The bathroom has a everything you need - clean shower with good hot water, lots of towels, etc. We would be happy to stay there again.

From the time we booked, Teresa was very helpful in answering our questions. We arrived and met Dan, who showed us around the home. Their dinner recommendation proved to serve delicious food. The home is beautiful and close to Saratoga Racetrack and casino.

This was a great place to stay while working at the New York State Library for a week. I needed a place that was inexpensive and walkable but also somewhere where I could also work and write. It was clean and hassle-free. Aleks gave very thorough instructions but was otherwise hands-off unless I had a question and then he responded quickly. The apartment is in an urban environment but seemed perfectly safe. There is a Dunkin Donuts and great pizza place less than a block away as well as some popular bars, which made the whole area active but safe at night. It's a about 10 minute walk (down-hill) to the capital plaza. The parking place is a little inconvenient and frankly a little sketchy looking (behind the nearby Sunoco gas station and around the corner from the apartment), but it worked out great and saved me a lot of money on parking. I would definitely stay here again if I need to work in Albany again.

I can't express how wonderful Anna was as a host! She went above and beyond in every way, from accommodating a last-minute booking when my original plans fell through, to being incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the process. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Anna even went the extra mile by stocking the space with ironing starch when I mentioned needing it for a business event but couldn't get it through my Target pickup order. That kind of thoughtful attention to guest needs is exceptional! The Airbnb itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the basics needed for a business trip. The location is perfectly convenient to everything in the area, and the space was wonderfully quiet for a good night's rest. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay and would absolutely book with Anna again!

Welcoming host whom was easily assessable. Cottage with charm and homey feeling. Kitchen area contained what was needed to prepare meals. Bed and bedding comfortable, made for a good night’s rest. Full bath clean, easily assessable, containing hair dryer, shampoo,conditioner and body wash. Large bath towels were a plus. Outdoors near parking were beautiful purple and yellow irises in bloom. Quiet neighborhood .

The place was conveniently located. Good amount of space, technology worked, and it was fairly priced.

We stayed at this property while visiting friends who live nearby - it was extremely convenient to all of the Saratoga attractions. It is a very clean and very peaceful property - quiet neighborhood, serene setting. We would definitely return!

Kylie’s home is absolutely beautiful. We went for a girl’s weekend in Saratoga and had everything we could possibly ask for. The property was immaculately maintained with a furnished dock, access to the lake, fire pit, grill, Adirondack chairs, etc. The location was perfect, whether you want to take a quick 15 min drive to explore downtown Saratoga Springs, or just enjoy the property itself. Kylie and was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again/ recommend. Thank you!

Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. Gian is a wonderful host! He was very helpful and communicates good. His home is very beautiful and comfortable! It's also in beautiful location and yet still close to shops and things to do. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time up at Jiminy Peak and being right on the mountain at Shana’s place made it very easy to enjoy the many things to do. Shana is a great host and her unit was perfect for our family of 5. Our younger two tried counting all of the gnomes in every room. We definitely recommend staying at Shana’s place, she is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Thanks again A+

Our stay at the penthouse was exactly as it was sold to us. This is your typical no frills Albany apartment with some nice homey additions. The off-street parking was perfect. The back deck was enjoyable. Thanks for letting us crash at your place, see you next time!
