Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. Wonderful period home in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn. Great for a 1-2 week holiday, or for a short break. Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. Lovely year round – in summer, south facing sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.
