Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. I stue etagen stort værelse, køkken, spisestue med udgang til have, pejsestue samt lille toilet med vaskemaske/tørretumbler. På første sal er der et stort badeværelse med bruser, et enkeltværelse samt et dobbelt værelse med stor garderobe. Huset har 2-3 skriveborde og et veludrustet køkken med amerikansk køle/frys. Fremstår rent og nyt. Møbleret med nye senge og sofa men antikviteter har også fået sin plads.
