Very nice villa, tastefully decorated, and with a large bright living room including a spacious kitchen area overlooking the garden. The house equipment is perfect and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Very quiet environment and possibility to walk to Houlgate and Cabourg. The city center is close and offers quality shops. The Saturday market under the beautiful old hall is exceptional. Agnes is a very friendly person and responds quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this home to gather as a family as we did.

A perfect stay in Normandy! The house is lovely, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Just 3 minutes from the beach, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedding, everything came together for a great time. Melanie is thoughtful and responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

Amélie (the owner) and Isabelle (the concierge) were perfect in every way! From the beginning, quick and very clear communication, with essential information about the accommodation, the neighborhood, restaurants... With all this done in advance, you feel confident, comfortable, almost like at home because you already know everything! The property really has everything! Supplementary radiators for all rooms when the pellet stove is acting up (again Amélie is super responsive and arranges to come with a lot of respect). The dishes are new and very nice. Fridge with freezer space at the top. I fell in love with the (vintage) dining table! A safety gate at the bottom of the stairs was installed just before our arrival and it's perfect for little budding adventurers! A closet in the living room has games for all ages! The rooms are spacious and refined. In summary: we enjoyed it very much, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is very clean and cosy. Everything you need is there. We felt very welcome and received a delicious cake, some fresh eggs and beautiful flowers. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The apartment is near the beach and also Utah beach and some are sights are close. We would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this ideally located villa in the city center, close to shops and restaurants (<1min) and the beach (<5min). This house is typical of local architecture, full of charm and full of life with warm and personal decor, far from the soulless rentals we have experienced. All the comforts are present on site and the garden is a real haven of peace, which we were able to enjoy for pleasant meals around a large table sheltered from the wind. Adrien contributed to this very good experience by being a great host, considerate, responsive, attentive and caring (some sweets were even waiting for us on our arrival). We'll be happy to go back. Recommended without hesitation.

We spent Christmas and New Year at Marianne's place for 6 (+toddler and dog)! It is a beautiful,cozy and modern house with sea views! Each couple has their own area incl. Bathroom. The fully fenced garden was great for our dog and the fireplace brought the right mood! The beach is within walking distance! By car, you can quickly get to shopping and get to all the typical sights of Normandy relatively quickly We would definitely come back!

It's not easy to find a place to stay for a family or friends get together. Everything is there here. Number of bedrooms and beds, recreational equipment for children and adults, dishes, seats, all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We really liked the “river house”. Very well equipped, clean, quality (bedding, linen, bathroom, kitchenware). The pool is huge and well heated. Tons of sightseeing and activities nearby. Note that there are 2 bathrooms but one is on the ground floor (room/living room + kitchen), the other on the 1st floor (2 double bedrooms) and none on the 2nd floor, upstairs bedrooms with several beds (2 bedrooms x 3 individual beds). Charming hosts. Authentic countryside environment. Very satisfied, thank you!

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Hi, We booked this house to celebrate 80 years as a family. We had a great weekend. The 2 children present were delighted with the books and games available. This large family home is very nice, it feels very good. We would highly recommend.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

This place was perfect for us. We had 4 families meeting together and we had the best time, so many games and toys to play with. And the pool was lively, clean and easy to use. plenty of everything you'd need in the kitchen and plenty of space to eat together as a group, inside and out. We visited beaches of Normandy and Mont St. Michel on different days during our stay which we're both full day excursions, but definitely do-able. I highly recommend.

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

Very nice house , very well equipped, perfect for gatherings for families or friends , billiards, foosball , and the pool are great places to have fun together! Large indoor and outdoor tables offer many possibilities to have good meals together and the spacious garden furniture allows you to meet after a good bath or for an apero. The ideal house and all this is close to the sea!

We had a great weekend! The place was magical and we were able to enjoy a flawless and incredible accommodation (heated pool, spa, petanque, etc.). It was a weekend with a vacation feel :). Pierrette welcomed us very warmly and made recommendations on the surroundings to make the most of it!

Villa ideal for a family vacation. Decorated and arranged for visitors with great care. Also very clean. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to visit. We are delighted with our stay.

6 of us stayed at Virginie's house, 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed just under two weeks there. The house is modern and very well thought out with modern furnishings and decor. All the amenities you may need are available. The garden is mostly decked with a lovely swimming pool which we all enjoyed. Upon arrival we were met by Virginie and her husband who welcomed us warmly and showed us how everything worked as well as giving us hints and tips for things to do in the local area. Just a short walk away is the beach and the small town with many small shops, bakeries, cafes and a casino. The beach is sandy and great for kids and adults alike. In the surrounding area you are only a short drive away from many activities, zoos, aquariums, theme parks etc. as well as Mont Sant-Michel. In short, a great place to stay in a location with plenty to do.

Mia is responsive and pleasant. Her instructions are clear and concise. The listing is as advertised. It is very close to the beach and parking for 2 vehicles was easy right in front. We enjoyed staying there for a weekend with friends given the recreational amenities and the immediate proximity to the beach. The only minor downside is the 2 very small and not very functional bathrooms for 8 people. We recommend this listing from Mia.
