Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Balıkesir

The host was friendly, the house was clean and in a nice place, we had a nice stay.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

From the beginning to the end of our reservation process, Mr. Onur and Ms. Zeynep were so caring that we felt like we were at home. We had a great holiday with everything, I would like to thank them again and again from here. Close to everything in terms of location. The capacity and content of the house are so complete, plus you don't even need anything. From now on, our place is clear in Avşa:) I would highly recommend it to everyone. First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

As seen in the photos, it is a very clean apartment where you can spend your holiday with peace of mind. The location is quite ideal, especially if you like Akçay bazaar. All the beaches close to the location are in very good condition. Mr. Kağan was also very helpful with accommodation, thank you.

We stayed at Ida Maya Hostel for 2 nights. We preferred it because it is very central and they are animal-friendly. I did well. It was a great luxury to wake up early in the morning, take 10 steps and swim in the sea. Its location was great, being very close to the bazaar. I never needed to drive. The rooms were extremely clean and simple, there were no unnecessary details. Since they were newly opened, everything, including the Jacuzzi, was spotless. It was very enjoyable to end the day on a large balcony, as the sun set right in front of you. Perfect for a quiet, central stay.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. From the check-in stage until the end, Mr. Özer responded to all our questions and requests attentively and in a timely manner. The house was as pictured. The backyard is very nice, it gets sun in the morning and shade in the evening. It had all the kitchen equipment you have in your own home. The downstairs is air-conditioned, the upstairs is not air-conditioned, but there was a fan in both rooms. It's a huge plus that each room has its own bathroom and toilet. We had no problems using the pool of the site where the house is located. There was only an unpleasant smell in the area and this smell was incredibly strong in 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. But this has nothing to do with the house, of course. The site where the house is located was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your support, Mr. Özer. It was definitely a house to be preferred in this area.

We had such a wonderful time in Ayvalık, all thanks to Şerife and Dilara. Everything went so smoothly, and the place was absolutely perfect for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything Ayvalık has to offer. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and care—it made our trip extra special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed 4 nights as 5 girls. The location of the house was quite central, it was also quite pleasant to spend time in the garden. The house had everything that could be needed (iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils )and sparkling. Ms. Yasemin greeted us, she was quite friendly and very helpful, she responded to our every need. Firstly - Ayvalik is a hidden gem, go there before everyone else. It is Turkish and as a tourist one feels special. And Hande most certainly made us feel special. The five star rating firstly goes to her - she was ever responsive, even in awkward situations. When we could not unlock the door the second day, she was right there. When we needed advice during a medical emergency, she was there. When we needed early morning taxis, she organised it and bargained the price too. About the house: it is as described. The photos are real. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen - the true heart of the house. The most generous basic-stocked kitchen ever. Would have wanted to spend more time on the terrace, but the weather did not permit it. The décor is old-worldly. Feels like a family's beach house. Maybe too many knicks and knacks. Moving between the two levels can be challenging for a taller person. All in all a very homely and comforting stay. Thank you, Hande!

Although the house is quite central, it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. But due to the narrow streets, paid parking is a must, especially when you come by car during busy times. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and the house was quite comfortable. In the process, Ms. Ece helped us quickly whenever necessary. A house that we will definitely stay in again on our next visits to Ayvalık.

I can’t thank Ersin enough. The place is even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Possibly my best Airbnb stay so far, out of many. Don’t even think twice, book it! (Also there are FOUR bathrooms - wild)
