We thank Ms. Öncekile Nevay very much for her interest and sincerity. We stayed at his house with 4 people, we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The location of the house was very good. Since we didn't know the area very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next Ayvalık trip. Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronics in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think its location is the best location in Ayvalık, stone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It's also very precious for me to accept it with my little dog. I stay in Ayvalık every year, I've stayed in such houses before, but this is by far my favorite place. See you next summer. 🤗❤️

Are you captivated by cozy streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus at a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely be back.

Great and central place to stay while in Ayvalik. Place is huge and back garden is a big plus. Recommend for everyone.

The most important detail that made our holiday in Dikili so special was this wonderful stone house! The house was even more beautiful than the photos, every detail was carefully thought out and extremely clean. Staying in a peaceful and quiet environment in touch with nature was a real escape for us. The stone structure of the house was very comfortable with its aesthetic and cool structure. Also, our host was very caring, welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were at home. We thank Mr. Abdullah and his family for their hospitality.

First of all, we would like to thank our hosts very much. We enjoyed our 2-day stay very much, the house was spotless and as seen in the pictures. Although the side was full, we were not bothered at all. We loved the view, no words in the peace of the environment. It was a nice getaway for us. We started thinking when we'd come back.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mirlav, he presented this beautiful house during our Ayvalık holiday, which we went to as five girls, and he always responded very quickly to our questions, offered local advice and was friendly. You can find everything you need at home, even the extras, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. The location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it's just a little touristy, but the apartment is in a residential area. Long story short, thanks to Mr. Mirlav for his interest and relevance. Very pleased

Everything was as discussed beforehand. We had a nice vacation as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, especially because of the sincere neighbors of the residents. Only towels are not available in the stay. Future guests need to bring their own towels when they arrive, and future guests can take this into account.

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

Our host, Ms. Yüksel, introduced the house in detail on the day we arrived and then took care of all our questions. We used the parking lot at Bobby Coffee, a family business, the house is a 3-minute walk from here and it's a very easy way. The house was clean and was as it appeared in the photos. There is also air conditioning in the house, which will be useful for those who come in summer as the upper floor is a little hot. The only negative experience we had at home was that we had a lot of insect bites due to the natural environment. Since we took this risk (we came with off spray, etc.), our experience at home did not affect us as a major. Thank you again for the great hosting and accommodation. We also recommend Bobby Coffee for cold coffee, dessert and breakfast. The breakfast we had here on the last day was quite satisfying.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it boosts your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you're planning a quiet and uncrowded vacation. Especially the walks you will take into the village offer a different panorama of Edremit Bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and windless coastal area. We returned home with the taste of wonderful feelings and pleasant moments on this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A
