Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located 55 sqm accommodation. It sits close to Lake Baldeney; in a quiet cul-de-sac in the south of Essen - in the neighborhood of Werden. It is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and is cozy and modern; almost barrier-free ( one entrance level ). The district center is within walking distance in about 5 minutes. A third sleeping place is available on request. Electricity from its own photovoltaic system.
