At the foot of the charming Marine de Sant Ambroggio Composed of two master suites giving access to the terrace. Bed of 160 or 2 beds of 80 in 1 of the bedrooms. Ideal for 4 or 6 thanks to the 140 convertible. 2 large bathrooms including a PMR. 2 toilets. Restaurant, butcher's bakery, fish charcuterie, grocery store, hairdresser, gas station and the Marina are within walking distance, located around the corner.
