We really enjoyed our stay. Communication/information from the host was great and the house was easy to find with the link provided. Very easy check in/out. The location is great—close to the beach, quiet + safe neighborhood, and a short drive to San Felipe for groceries and tacos. Many of the description photos are outdated but there was plenty space for our group of six.

Joe's place was amazing, he was super helpful and friendly. He helped organize rides for the wineries and went to Ensanada to connect us with a fisherman before our trip as well. Only downside of the trip is that I got tagged by a stingray at the beach, Joe was awesome and offered to help, don't forget to stingray shuffle!

Gabriela is an excellent host. She was always responsive and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Very accommodating, accessible and overall caring. Her place was great clean, spacious, private and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back soon!

Comodo, and Tranquilo, we are 2 blocks from 6 alternate routes to go to USA , Mexicali, TKT, Cove, Rosarito Boulevard two thousand 5 minutes from the macro plaza, Plaza las Fuentes, Plaza Sentiero, 2 minutes from gosolineria, shopping malls and El Florido industrial park. One block we have an Oxxo. It has up to 3 parking, a garage for two small cars and an Afrente car in the house, Daycare 10 meters from the house and we have a park to exercise two blocks away.

The house is located in a development of recent construction-about 2 years, has very good night lighting, the streets are well laid out, some private have security gate, has green areas and clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi and grills, another of the attractions are the condominiums in the form of 4-story towers.The lighting is spectacular especially in these towers, the view is impressive both in the day and at night.

Excellent Lugar, it is the 2nd time I book in this condominium, Rosa's place was perfect, everything was very nice

We stayed at Joe's beachfront property in Mexico right after Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, modern, and had an incredible view of the beach. Joe was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend his property and would love to stay again in the future!

Private Rosa-Rito Center Casita

We were there for P&B and found that it was right across the street from our location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. The house itself was very roomy, clean, and exactly as listed. Celia was also very welcoming, kind, and attentive to our needs.

The truth is very happy with the home, the owners are very friendly and the location is perfect. I had to keep in mind that my van didn't fit in the garage but the place is very spacious. Very nice service and by insurance would rent again.

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. Great location on Sandy Beach. Resort and nearby area were all great. Good price and an ocean view from the balcony. Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach. Jovanny was great with communication. Stayed in touch to make sure we checked in with no issues and that our stay was going well. Very quick responses. We recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. It was very comfy, tv and Wi-Fi was great. My daughter and Hubby were so happy that they were able to watch the soccer games with no problems. And as family with college students, we were happy with the great wi-fi!! We loved that it was close to beach and definitely so much room! The only thing that we were not happy with, and this may not matter much to other people, was the pots and pans. We like to make our own meals sometimes, but the pots and pans were so damaged, it was impossible to make a decent meal. Not even a good knife to chop vegetables or fruit! But overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jovanny, for a great vacation.
