Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

House also suitable for long stays, equipped with every comfort for remote work: Wi-Fi, workstation, fireplace, independent heating. With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.

Typical house in the historic center of Otranto, independent entrance; recently renovated, it is located in a quiet area close to the Castle and the renowned shops that display typical local products. A few meters away, equipped beaches, bars and restaurants by the sea. Free private garage, you just have to take a photo of your car's license plate before arrival to authorize access to the ZTL area

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
