PLEASE READ FIRST!!! This charming cinderblock casita operates 100% off-grid with solar power, propane and water tanks and its got wi-fi. It is located ON the beach, 100 ft from the sea. There is no traffic, no loudness, no tourists... Just you and the endless beach with the calm, warm sea of Cortez. We do provide limited blanket, sheets, towels for queen bed, + a blanket/ sheet for modular couch. Bring whatever else you might need. Consider this almost camping like experience. Thank you.

Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.

An expansive outdoor terrace features tile flooring and sturdy wooden beams overhead. A railing frames the space, providing a clear view of the serene ocean and sandy beach beyond. The calming waves can be seen gently lapping against the shore.

Es un departamento a 2 cuadras del malecón así que si no tienes carro en tu viaje no tendrás problema, todo queda cerca. Es un espacio sencillo por esa misma razón es económico, se está trabajando para mejorarlo cada vez más. cuenta con todos los servicios así como un espacio para estacionamiento. Si trae mascotas es importante mencionarle que la tarifa es por mascota si trae más de una tiene que pagar extra directamente conmigo 200 pesos por noche, por mascota !!
